Surgery

Coy was in surgery tonight from 8-11pm; Dr. Hittner said he did well throughout the entire surgery and she feels good about his prognosis. She is hopeful this will treat the ROP however there is a chance it can return. Coy is currently recovering from the surgery; they are waiting for him to wake up from the anesthesia. Thank you for all your continued prayers for Coy; we are so grateful!

Ann Marie and Chris, I tried to stay up as late as I could waiting to see if y'all or Kathy would give an update on Coy's surgery. Praise God that the surgery went well. You all continue to be in my prayers. Love, Vicki

Praise God that Coy did great. Now I pray he gets weaned off of the ventilator and quickly off of the CPAP while gaining weight and growing strong. Not to much to ask of a little fella who has God and great parents on his side! Thanks for the update.

One of my favorite hymns/anthems is On Eagle's Wings.

"You who dwell in the shelter of the Lord, who abide in his shadow for life, say to the Lord: "My refuge, my rock in whom I trust!"

Prayers for all of you as He raises you up on eagle's wings and bears you in the palm of His hand. Praying for Coy's recovery from surgery, for his eyes, his heart and that he is able to breathe on his own again soon. God Bless!

We were praying hard for little Coy last night as he went into surgery. I have most of Texas A&M University praying for him too.(I am employed there) And Ryan has his company in the prayer circle too. Prayer works! Praise God! We will continue to be prayer warriors for this precious little miracle. You are in our thoughts,
