Perspective

My mother-in-law had this special doll made for us....it is an exact replica of Coy's measurements at birth (although it does feel heavier than he did). I still remember when he was that tiny (can y'all believe that was only 10 months ago?) and thank God everyday for his precious gifts. He was 1 lb 4 oz at birth and today weighs 16 lbs 5 oz. Thank you Jesus!

I have found you blog a while back and have been following Coy's progress. My nephew was born at 28wks gest. (1lb 12oz, 13 inches), and i would like to get him one of those dolls. I've seen them before, but do not remember the site, do you have the info? If so could you email me @ nl_mccracken@hotmail.com. Thanks for the info in advance. And he's such a cutey!! Aren't they a blessing, my nephew just turned on last month and we are still in awe!!

I am a lurker (and a prayer) on your site every so often. Just wanted to say those pictures are AMAZING. My son was born on Dec 7th and every month we take pictures of him with a teddy bear to see how much he has grown. Seeing pictures like this though are amazing! I remember that he was little, but that is really something to be able to go back and look at.

God Bless

ohmygoodness. that is so precious and what an incredible gift. ree, he is seriously sooo cute. those are the first naked baby pictures in a long time and he is getting so big. i can't get over how big he looks in them. he is sooo handsome and has such a joyful face.

i read something the other day about how preemies are more sensative to pain that baby's born full term and how that makes it even harder on them. what a blessing to now look at that face and that smile and see such joy. he is truly blessed to have you, chris, and y'alls wonderful parents, sisters, brothers, etc. i just love it!

i am so dang emotional right now...sorry. if i didn't know better i'd swear i was preggo! LOL

WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! What unbelievable progress Coy has made in a little more than 10 months! I love the way you've posed Coy and the doll the same in some of those pix. Very cute! I remember Kathy telling me that Coy's legs were no bigger around than her finger (and that was in Jan. or Feb.) You can really see that now when you look at that doll. And Coy is getting cuter by the day. What an awesome God we have! Thanks so much for sharing yours and Coy's lives with us and for helping strengthen my faith through your unshakeable and unwavering belief in God and what He alone can do in our lives if we let Him.

With love and prayers, Vicki
