We have discovered a new form of entertainment to keep Coy occupied for hours. Grams Cook decided to put a ball in front of him this past weekend, and what do you know, he loved it! Daddy played baseball, but I have a feeling, little man may want to try soccer! =D (Of course, whatever he decides to "do" will be okay with us!)
Oh yeah, he is 6.5 months actual and 12 weeks corrected age. He is now 11 lbs 8 oz!

Too flipping cute!!!
Oh, yeah, that's a soccer move for sure. Sorry Chris. Great video!
That ROCKS! I've never seen that toy before! Coy kicks that ball like a pro! I cannot believe he just started playing with it! Love, Love, Love it! :)
Ann Marie,
He is just too cute playing "soccer"! In the pictures he is precious... his eyes are so expressive and sweet. I love the "chick magnet" onesie... Jaxson has a bib that says the same. That certainly was the case while he was in the NICU! I'm sure it was the same for Coy and his nurses!
What kind of sling do you have? I have a slingling and we use it to go to the store, etc.... keeps hands off of him and his hands off grimy things. They are great! I understand your nervousness of restaurants. Our first experience was on Mother's day and it was scary for me. With Jaxson being older he didn't want to just sit in his carrier, so we all had to take turns walking him around the restaurant. Believe me, the Purell was flowing! I am so happy you, Chris and Coy are doing great.

The second best men to baseball players are most definitely soccer players. I'm just saying. OLE! OLE OLE OLE!
Ha! This was so cute... and funny!!!!

Annmarie,
I came across your blog today and read the story of sweet Coy! I started a ministry in Montgomery, AL called the Footprints Ministry. Is there anything like this in Houston? I would love to talk to you more. www.nicufootprints.blogspot.com

I'm Mike Ekstrom's mom, Shelley. Chris and Mike played baseball together with the padres. You probably don't remember but I met you at Spring training one year. I was so blessed by your story. I know that many people will be changed because of your testimony. Shelley Ekstrom
